Sweetest Batch is owned and operated by Lori Fischelis. Lori was born in Wayland, MA and now resides in Concord, MA with her husband Peter. She has three children, Lauren, Connor and Sydney and loves spending time with them in Vermont.

Lori loves to incorporate her treats with family and friends to make family occasions even sweeter. She even made her daughters wedding cake and her famous mini cupcakes for the reception!
